Consults/discovery calls are low-pressure, 20 minutes, done by phone, and free of cost to you. It gives us a chance to get to know each other and chat a bit outside of a session.

You can ask me questions and we can talk about how business/ insurance works and scheduling, too. I will call you at the appointment time.

By scheduling, you understand that I am not "in network" but you can use your insurance if you want to use out of network benefits to pay for therapy.
